I guess there is something inherent in turning thirty years old softening your character a bit. I had previously considered blogs to mostly serve as havens for self-involved/self-loathing idiots, but as more and more of my friends (not to mention my wife) began blogs and just simply posting tidbits from their lives, I came to realize that having an open day-to-day journal might not necessarily be a bad thing, and in fact, my writing could possibly improve from adding a different sort of discipline to my repertoire.
In any event, it’s an ungodly hour, and I’m off to play hockey. My weekly Weight Watchers weigh-in is tomorrow, and I’m trying to squeeze in as much last minute exercise as possible.

Congratulations on giving in. Keep up the good work.
