P90X – Day 2. Plyometrics.

Basically the gnarliest jump/agility/cardio burn workout ever.  It’s terrific jock (re: hockey) training for me.

Felt great when I was done, now I feel like shit after two days of this.

Oh well.  Whatever doesn’t kill us…tomorrow is arms and shoulders.  Going to do it in the evening I think.  Lots to do tomorrow.

Why can’t I just be in great shape and ride my bike around, drink beer, and eat burritos?  blech.

Here’s today’s food.  Much better.  Need to eat closer to this amount every day w/ close to the same protein/carb/fat ratios.

  1. Good job man! You portions look good too – this is very important for the first 30 days. Protein like crazy.

    Wait until you see what happens to you legs. They will be ripped. Legs and Back is an awesome leg workout too. Keep on pushing play!

  2. i just started myself…just completed my day 2. I’m struggling with hitting all my nutrition goals. 375g of protein is a lot for me…it’s getting better though.
